[Abbenay] Next meeting

Fourth email today from me on this list I know - I don't mean to spam; I
merely prefer it when different subjects are in different conversations.

This is a reminder of the meeting on *thursday the 17th of december at 18.00
at UFS office* (

Finish before 23.00?*
I will be attending the board meeting of UFS on wednesday as a member of
said board. The issue of have one more key to UFS office will be brought up
(as it is now I need to be present when there are people there).

What I mean to say is that hopefully our meetings at UFS office will not
depend solely on my prescence but I'm unsure it this will be arranged in
time for our meeting.

I'm leaving (♫on a jet plane♫) for Marocco on friday and I would like to get
some sleep thursday night. This means that I would appriciate if the meeting
ended before 23.00 (or if i could sleep in one of the sofas, but that would
be quite rude towards you guys wouldn't it?).

Next meeting after the 17th of december*
As you might know thursday next week is christmas eve and since we are aware
of the fact that certain people celebrate this day there will not be a
meeting on the 24th of december. The week after that the thursday is on the
31th which is the last day of the year and since it has been brought to our
attention that certain people celberate this day aswell we have a problem.
I'm sorry to say that the 29th is not an option either since it is the
admins birthday and other activities are planned that I know that at least
two members of abbenay will attend.

That leaves us with:
monday the 28th of december
Thuesday the 30th of december
Thursday the 7th of january

Pick you choice now or at the meeting on thursday.
