Because it's what FUF uses in their membership database and we need to be
able to share it with them in a efficient way since we will be reporting in
all of our members the day before the deadline for föreningar to report
members.

Like I said, you are very welcome to give suggestions on other forms that I
can use for gathering this information and turning it to excel docs.

Everyone who is a active member of Abbenay doesn't need to be a member of
this förening. We don't have to store any information whatsoever on active
individuals in this list or who come and do stuff at meetings. Storing data
on them has no value at all. We can reach them through the mailing list,
what more do we need? Storing data on the föreningsmedelmmar is only in
order to be a förening and be able to access resources provided to us from
UFS and FUF.

If we choose to not depend on them then we don't need to store any data on
members. And we also need a new place to hang out.
