[Abbenay] PCB manufacturing (Was: Wiki wishlist)

Forsken are doing a project with PCB, and are using a slightly different
method:

It replaces Ferric Chloride with a mixture of Hydrochloric Acid
(sv:Saltsyra) and Hydrogen Peroxide. Aren't we a lot more likely to get a
hold of those substances?
