Viktor ,

Its a huge area to research. But once someone gets their hands on a
working model i think it will be VERY easy to reverse engineer.
This is going to be their biggest problem - nasty little heckers
working it out and spreading the news: I really dont see how they can
control it. The parts are dirty cheap, and the PWM logic and scaling
of the systems will be the key.
My bet is on that they are using back EMF, with timed PWM. Best
analogy which most people can relate to is "water hammer" in house
plumbing.
Someone shuts off a circuit (tap) very quickly, and a shock wave
propagates through the system getting increased based on the system
scaled design. This is a fault in the system design for plumbing, but
is a source of energy too :)


But these guys screwed royally last time 2 years with a failed launch.
Lets just see what happens with this one. Could be all smoke and mirrors again.
