1) Emigrating is not too hard if you're from Northern Europe - no fake
marriages needed really.

2) Isn't the rest of the world just as bad or even worse? Including
Australia. Perhaps not in the same manner (perhaps the cops won't grab
your stuff as easily) but afaik Sweden hasn't had any race riots
