[Abbenay] New website + meeting report

Hello everyone,

There wasn't many people at the last meeting but those who were there
outlined a strategy.

1. Ask if Abbenay still can hang around in Young Researchers office,
Hedvig will do this on Thursday.

2. Have a meeting next Wednesday and decide on a project, or two, to do.

3. Get for funding for that project.

4. Leverage that funding in renting a space.

5. Apply the principle; "build it, and they will come." I.e. get more
members. Preferably enough people to be able to pay the rent without
relying on futher funding.

6. ...

7. Profit!
