[Abbenay] Agenda for the organizational meeting tomorrow

Hi,

We're gonna have a "summit" tomorrow. Which is, according to the
bylaws of the Young
Researcher organization "Abbenay", a official meeting held every six months.

In addition to fullfilling obligation (includes (re)election of a new
board) put on us in the
bylaws we actually have to make a minor edit in the bylaws to be
accepted as a member
of Young Researcher.

We'll try to keep the meeting on the fast track. The agenda is long mainly
because the bylaws require it.

Agenda:
0) the reason(s) of why we have a "official" organization.
1) declare the meeting opened
2) determine which members are present (members on irc counts as present)
3) this validly of this meeting
4) election of the chairperson of the meeting
5) election of the secretary of the meeting
6) election of two members to check the minutes
7) amend the bylaws
8) what has happen since last summit
9) economical history since last summit
10) accountants statement
11) grant the board discharge
12) financial matters, budget and membership fees (currently 0 kr/year)
13) election of administrator
14) election of the board
15) any more questions?
16) end the meeting
